Important Information & Terms
- This membership tier does not include monthly service credits
- Membership is for individual use only and is non‑transferable
- Pool, beach, and amenity access are subject to availability, capacity limitations, and designated blackout periods
- A minimum six‑month commitment is required
- Early termination prior to completion of the initial six‑month commitment is subject to a $500 early termination fee
- After the initial term, memberships continue on a month‑to‑month basis with a required 30‑day written cancellation notice
- To complete registration and receive membership credentials, an in‑person visit to Sunny’s Spa & Beauty Lounge is required
Cost: $200 monthly with a $350 initiation fee. $1,200 six months or $2,400 annually.
